By becoming a Business Guardian, we are directly contributing to Oxfordshire Youth’s mission to empower young people across the county. Their work provides vital support, mentoring, and opportunities to those aged 8 to 25, especially the most vulnerable and underserved. Through leadership programmes, mental health support, employability skills training, and youth voice initiatives, they are helping to build stronger communities and a more hopeful future for all.
