Prioritising People: Our Commitment to Employee Wellbeing
At Ebbon Group, we believe that our people are the heart of our success. That’s why we’re dedicated to creating a workplace where wellbeing thrives. From comprehensive mental health support and flexible working arrangements to opportunities for professional growth and personal development, we are committed to providing an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered.
We have provided educational sessions and resources to support all of our employees, focusing on these areas in 2024:

- Gut Health
In addition to the above, employees have access to our Employee Assistance Program through BHSF. This gives employees access to a private GP, a telephone counselling service and money back for things such as dental treatment, prescriptions and opticians appointments.
As a company we feel having a good work life balance is a key aspect to employees feeling happy. We have a generous holiday allowance of 27 days per annum, plus bank holidays. We also allow for an extra day’s paid leave to be taken on or around their birthdays as part of our ‘Birthday Off’ scheme.
