Meet our volunteers
At Ebbon Group, we are committed to supporting our communities and encouraging a culture of giving back. Our volunteering policy provides all employees with two paid days each year to engage in volunteer work, empowering them to make a positive impact in causes they care about. Whether it’s participating in local environmental initiatives, helping at a food bank, or supporting education programs, we believe that volunteering not only strengthens communities but also fosters personal growth and teamwork. Through this policy, we aim to create meaningful change and inspire our team to lead with compassion and purpose.
The volunteering days often involve charity fundraising, and several members of the team took part in a golf day to raise funds for Brake, the road safety charity. We also entered a team into the ‘Business Fives’ charity football tournament where they raised over £700 for Teenage Cancer Trust.
