Modern Slavery

Modern Slavery is a criminal offence and the company prohibits any form of modern slavery.

Ebbon Group shall ensure that all personnel and any other person who performs services and/or supplies goods within the business operations:

· Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and codes relating to slavery and human trafficking (“Anti-Slavery Requirements”) including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

· Not take or knowingly permit any action to be taken that would or might cause or lead customers to be in violation of any Anti-Slavery Requirements.

· Shall provide customers and suppliers with any reasonable assistance to enable them to perform any activity required by any regulatory body for the purpose of complying with Anti-Slavery Requirements.

· Do not use trafficked, bonded, child or forced labour or attempts to use trafficked, bonded, child or forced labour within its business operations.
