Ebbon Life is passionate about fostering future talent and developing the next generation of skilled workers, leaders, and innovators.

Oxfordshire Youth is Oxfordshire’s leading youth work charity and through the power of youth work, endeavour to transform young people’s lives, unite communities, and tackle inequality of opportunity. We are proud to be partnering with the charity by becoming a business guardian, supporting a range of youth work with resources and funding to deliver skills and connections for young people.

As business guardian for Oxfordshire Youth we will act as a dedicated supporter and advocate, providing guidance, resources, and funding to help the organisation achieve its mission of supporting young people across Oxfordshire. Our role will include collaborating on initiatives, promoting awareness of youth programs, and leveraging business connections to amplify the charity’s reach and impact. We will aim to develop and work with young adults at Oxfordshire Youth, providing coaching, workplace skills and mentorship where appropriate. Impacting and changing the lives of those that have faced challenges or a difficult start in life.

In addition to this, we also support the younger generations through grassroots club sponsorship as we recognise that early involvement in sport goes beyond just physical activity. By investing in youth sports teams, we’re helping to build the foundation for positive growth, confidence, and teamwork that serve young people for a lifetime. These programs not only provide a structured, healthy outlet but also foster a sense of community and resilience that young athletes can carry forward. We’re committed to nurturing these values, promoting inclusivity, and ensuring every young person has the opportunity to thrive both on and off the field.
